Frequently asked questions

Where is my progress stored? Is it backed up?
All of your game progress (solved puzzles, streaks, statistics, settings) is stored only on your device; it is never sent to a server. That means deleting the app deletes your progress, and we cannot restore it. Progress does not transfer automatically to a new device.
I bought "Remove Ads" or coins, but they don't show on my new device. What should I do?
In the game, tap Settings → Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple Account you used for the purchase. "Remove Ads" is restored free of charge this way. (Note: the coin balance lives on the device, so already-spent coins cannot come back; consumable purchases are not restorable under Apple's rules.)
How do hints and coins work?
When you're stuck you can use a hint: a few free hints refresh every day. For extra hints you can optionally watch a rewarded ad or buy a coin pack. Hints are entirely optional — every puzzle can be solved by pure logic without them.
Does the game work without the internet?
Yes, 100%. All puzzles, including the Daily Puzzle, are playable offline; no content is locked behind a connection. While offline, the only differences are that no ads are shown, purchases can't be made, and Game Center sync waits.
How does the Daily Puzzle work?
A new Daily Puzzle unlocks at midnight, in your device's local time. Solve it every day in a row and your streak grows; miss a day and the streak resets. The Daily Puzzle also works offline.
Found a bug? How do I report it?
Just write to the address below. Including these helps us fix it much faster:
  • Device model (e.g. iPhone 14)
  • iOS version (e.g. iOS 18.2)
  • Game version (shown at the bottom of the Settings screen)
  • When and how the problem occurs; a screenshot or screen recording if you have one
